Three ways in. The first is almost always the diagnostic. I do the work. Specialists only when the job actually needs them, and only on a written scope.
Build or fix sprint
Bounded work named in the diagnostic. Finish line and handover. Change requests are a new scope.
Fractional ops
One or two days a week. Weekly priorities, hygiene, oversight. Month-to-month after the first month.
Workshop
Half or full day. Capability or governance. Can sit inside a sprint or stand alone.
