Engagement terms
These terms apply to work by Antoine Corbiau trading as Corbi, unless a signed statement of work says otherwise. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Fees are in Australian dollars and exclude GST.

1. What this practice is
Independent consulting in CRM architecture, marketing operations, and content systems. I do the work. Print, logos, paid-ads management, SMS campaigns, and custom storefront builds are outside scope. Where a job needs a specialist (for example development or a large migration), that person is named in the statement of work. Pass-through specialist fees are quoted separately and not marked up unless agreed in writing. You remain the customer of record on HubSpot and other platforms.
2. How work is sold
Fixed-scope first. Unpaid call for fit. Diagnostic before build or retainer.

Day rate when a statement of work is priced in days: A$1,400. Pass-through costs (licences, specialists, tools, travel beyond Sydney metro) are extra and not marked up unless agreed in writing.
3. Terms
Parties
Antoine Corbiau trading as Corbi. Independent contractor. No partnership or employment is created.
Scope
Limited to the statement of work or accepted quote. Slack and email do not expand scope.
Client responsibilities
- A named owner with authority to decide
- Timely access to systems and people
- A truthful picture of licences, agencies, and known data issues
Client delays pause the timeline. They do not automatically reduce the fee.
Payment
- Diagnostic and workshops: 100% on acceptance, before work starts
- Sprints under A$8,000: 50 / 50. Sprints A$8,000+: 40 / 40 / 20
- Retainers monthly in advance
- 14 days from invoice, AUD. GST added once registered
- Overdue accounts pause work
Cancellation
Retainers: 14 days’ written notice. Sprint cancelled after start: work done is payable, minimum first instalment. Fit call and unstarted diagnostic: no fee.
Confidentiality, IP, platforms
Confidential information stays confidential. Named case studies need written permission. Pre-existing methods stay with Corbi. Paid deliverables transfer on full payment. Corbi does not sell software; the client remains the vendor customer of record.
Liability and law
Reasonable professional care. No warranty that a configuration survives vendor updates. Liability limited to fees paid for that engagement, except fraud, wilful misconduct, or liability that cannot be limited by law. New South Wales law.
4. What Corbi will not take
- Onboarding sold only on price against a partner factory
- Open-ended daily availability without a retainer
- Ads management or SMS as a product line
- Logo and print packages
- Large integration programmes as a solo build
