Services
Four services. No laundry list.
If it is not one of these, I will refer you or decline.
1. Diagnostic and audit
For teams who suspect the CRM and content stack are expensive furniture.
You get a map of tools and actual usage, a data review, content-to-CRM gaps, and a written recommendation: fix, replace, or stop. You do not get a 60-slide transformation roadmap.
Time: 2–4 weeks. Fixed fee, scoped on the call.
2. Marketing operations and CRM architecture
For HubSpot (or similar) that was stood up and never governed.
Lifecycle and pipeline design, properties and workflows with an owner, handoffs between marketing, sales, service, and finance. Implementation oversight if your staff clicks the buttons.
Architecture and governance are the product. I do that work myself. Heavy build is either oversight of your team, or a named specialist under the same statement of work.
3. Content systems tied to CRM
For member portals, policy hubs, CMS rebuilds, launches, newsletters — anything that creates or changes a record.
Information architecture, forms that land correctly, migration planning, multilingual structure when that is a real requirement (EN/FR).
4. Capability and governance
Working sessions, ownership, quality bars. Practical guidance where advertising standards, first-party data, and CRM meet. Documentation short enough that someone will read it. Not legal advice.
What I will not take
- First-time HubSpot onboarding sold only on price against a large partner
- Heavy custom integration as if I had a hidden development bench
- Full-service media, ads management, or social retainers
- Logo, print, or storefront builds
